Responsibilities
Participates as a member of the health care team, working with professional and non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients, addressing the age of the patients served.
REQUIREMENTS:
Current CA Physical Therapy licensure
CPR certification
1 year experience as a physical therapist
Knowledge and ability to perform current physical therapy techniques
Knowledge of physical therapy standards, procedures and principles
Ability to operate physical therapy equipment for patient care
Ability to implement practical application of knowledge
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Ability to teach and instruct patients, caregivers and staff
PREFERENCES:
6 months to one year home health experience
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Current license by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance. Current CPR certification. One year experience as a physical therapist. 6 months to one year home health experience preferred. Knowledge and ability to perform current physical therapy techniques. Knowledge of physical therapy standards, procedures and principles. Ability to operate physical therapy equipment for patient care. Ability to implement practical application of knowledge. Ability to work independently and autonomously. Ability to teach and instruct patients, caregivers and staff.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
